Sponsorship and Exhibitor Opportunities
As a sponsor or exhibitor at the Workflow in SAP, you have the opportunity to interact with many SAP customers one on one. You will enhance your brand's visibility, hone your product positioning, and generate large numbers of qualified leads from the key players and decision makers who attend. By sponsoring or exhibiting at this event, you'll meet with your customers face to face to accelerate current sales cycles and start new ones with in-profile prospects.
Seminars typically visit four to eight cities and provide you with a variety of exhibitor and sponsorship options. Sponsorship packages are for all seminar cities, while the Exhibitor package provides for à la carte city selection.
Sponsorship Benefits
Our sponsorship packages include a booth at the event and may include different options, such as placing your logo in the brochure, sponsoring a luncheon or reception, posting a full page ad in seminar coursebooks, sponsoring a supplied banner in the main meeting room, and much more.
Platinum Sponsorship
As a Platinum Sponsor, your organization receives the maximum level of exposure and involvement with the highly-targeted group of attendees. Your Platinum Sponsorship gives you exclusive access to attendees, capped by either breakfast/breaks or a luncheon in your honor. You will also be able to send an e-mail message to attendees in advance of the event. Platinum Sponsors have first choice of location in the exhibit area and a complete suite of visibility benefits.
Gold Sponsorship
The Gold Sponsorship provides an excellent level of exposure to your target audience both before and during the seminar, at a moderate investment. You will have advertising in the seminar coursebook, as well as recognition on the seminar website. Of course, your exhibit space is included in the package, as are 2 full access passes to the event.
Exhibitor Benefits
Exhibitors benefit from a constant flow of traffic to their booths, as well as the opportunity to speak directly to an influential audience, enhance brand awareness, and generate a substantial number of qualified leads. We will list your organization on the seminar website to increase visibility and help drive traffic to your booth.
